Our highly skilled sales team will do all the hard work for you to help generate the highest conversion rate possible from the leads you provide. It is pretty easy with our "Best Price Promise" for our merchants. This means that the referrals you send to Payline are more likely to signup to support your cause. Payline would like to keep this as simple and inexpensive as possible for you. We want to get as many businesses as possible to switch their credit card processing from their current company to Payline Data. The more that switch, the larger your donations will grow.

How does it work?

First off, it is NOT your responsibility to:

  1. Sell the businesses on switching to Payline
  2. Quote prices to the businesses
  3. Answer detailed questions about Payline’s services

Your role is very simple: Help Payline find businesses so that we can talk to them about our product and services.

How do I that?

Nonprofits are great at reaching out to people and telling their story. We are asking that you tell the companies you work with about Payline and how our service can help your mission. We are not asking you to sell our product – just get permission for us to call the companies you work with so that we can reach out to them. In our world, it is called lead generation, and it is a common way of finding new business The companies you ask won’t be offended at all – and they will be happy to save money on a service they all use and support your cause! We are committed to your success. We will provide customized marketing materials for you to help promote your cause with Payline Giving. This is done at no additional cost to your organization. There are three effective and easy ways to get leads during this first stage:

  1. Everyone loves a personal touch. Nonprofits know well that the most effective way to reach someone is with a phone call or a meeting. The next time you are talking to a corporate donor, simply ask them if they would mind receiving a call from a Payline representative. We will provide them with a free, no obligation quote.
  2. Does your agency use Twitter or Facebook? Once you sign up, you will receive a unique referral ID which you can use to share with our supporters (i.e. www.paylinedata.com/?a/referralID). We make it super easy to use social media to raise awareness of your cause and how Payline can help you raise a steady stream of donations with no further effort on your part.
  3. Use the great resources found inside the Supporter Network "Get New Supporters" section to easily post a banner on your website, create a quick email based on our pre-written script all with a couple of clicks. We can also customize these materials specifically to your organization upon request.
We are committed to your success in this venture. As such, we will provide customized marketing materials for you to help promote your cause with Payline Giving. This is done at no additional cost to your organization.

How does the Affiliate Tracking Work?

It couldn't be simpler! We've streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining extremely accurate tracking methods. The process is as follows:

  • Visitor clicks on your affiliate link on your site or in an email. (i.e. www.paylinedata.com/?a/referalID)
  • The visitors IP is logged and a "cookie" is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
  • The visitor is taken to our website where they can fill out a "contact us" form.
  • If the visitor fills out a form (this need not be done during the same browser session--cookies and IPs are stored indefinitely), the business will be registered as a potential supporter for your cause.
  • One of our qualified sales consultants will contact the business to explain to them the services that Payline Data provides and indicate that you referred them to Payline.
  • Once they sign up, you will receive residual donation payouts on a quarterly basis via check for as long as they are a customer of Payline Data.

General Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

  • All recipients must be a registered 501(c) nonprofit organization.
  • All recipients must enter a valid US Social Security or Taxpayer ID number to confirm nonprofit status and receive payments.
  • You may receive credit for referring yourself if you use Payline Data for your own merchant processing solutions.
